How about homelessness? Homelessness is really about mental illness and drug addition. These have nothing to do with some worldwide conspiracy by the bourgeosie or capitalism. In fact, if you want to meet the needs of people efficiently, capitalism is the best way to do it. People are incentivized to do well. The economic pie grows and those that need public assistance can get it because there is income to tax and money to be given to charities that help the homeless.
Contrast that with a communist country. There are no incentives to do well. There is no mechanism which can effectively gauge how products should be distributed.
That is why in Communist countries, the shelves are bare and why in the Soviet Union, there were massive bread lines.
